Scenes from the Luju Food Indaba that took place today, at House On Fire!
The Food Indaba presented an opportunity for restaurateurs, aspiring and established chefs, relevant industry regulators, food retailers, producers, farmers and relevant industry professionals to come together and engage in meaningful conversations centred around investing in sustainable agricultural practices, strengthening local supply chains and advocating for indigenous food systems.
Attendees were also treated to an insightful Sushi Workshop by @_thetattooedchef, an indigenous foods masterclass supported by @worldvegetablecenter and Chefs Kitchen Etiquette by the Eswatini Chefs Association.
A big thank you to our partners & sponsors, panelists and attendees.
